A new client starting entirely from zero — but with strong ties in Ontario’s automotive and biker communities.

The goal: turn those relationships into a high-end yet approachable detailing brand that looks established from day one.

WHY (Goal)

To launch a business capable of thriving in a slowing economy — where people still invest in what they love.

The vision was to create a luxury lifestyle brand that sells through image, trust, and experience.

Message: “Quantity first, quality follows — build the buzz, perfect the craft.”

HOW (My Work)

Timeline: 1 week from concept to public visibility

  1. Brand Identity:

    • Designed logo and business cards with black-leather-and-chrome aesthetic

    • Defined tone and colour palette (luxury, masculine, minimal)

  2. Market & Pricing Research:

    • Studied regional detailing competitors

    • Developed premium pricing structure for cars, bikes, boats

  3. Marketing Collateral:

    • Created flyers and service packages emphasizing luxury and mobile convenience

  4. Digital Presence:

    • Purchased domain & set up business email

    • Built Instagram with curated “LUX lifestyle” visuals, smart hashtags, and reels

    • Created Google Business account with SEO keywords, photos, and initial reviews

  5. Community Engagement:

    • Designed branded apparel for recognition at public events

    • Organized participation at a major biker festival — hosted certificate giveaway on stage and distributed flyers in the crowd

  6. Operations Setup:

    • Set up admin system for inquiries and bookings

    • Dedicated business phone number and plan in process

    • Business registration and bank account setup underway

    • Website development in progress
